Coffee Ice Cream


Ingredients of Coffee Ice Cream

1 - 1/4 cup Sugar
2 - One tablespoon Cornstarch
3 - One tablespoon instant Coffee granules
4 - Two tablespoons butter ( melted )
5 - One cup Milk
6 - One teaspoon Vanilla extract
7 - One can sweetened condensed Milk ( 14 ounces )
8 - Two cups heavy whipping cream

How to Prepare :

In a large saucepan combine the Sugar Cornstarch Coffee and Butter until blended. Now Stir in milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat cook and stir for two minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat stir in vanilla. Cool completely. Stir in condensed milk.In a large bowl beat cream until stiff peaks form; fold into milk mixture. Pour into a 9 inch. pan. Cover and freeze Coffee Ice Cream for almost six hours
