Egg Kebabs


Ingredient of Egg Kebabs

1 - Four eggs ( hard-boiled )
2 - Two teaspoons Besan ( gram flour )
3 - One Onion ( finely Chopped small )
4 - One Egg white
5 - One tablespoon Mint leaf, finely chopped
6 - One tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
7 - Two Green Chilies ( finely Chopped )
8 - 1/4 teaspoon red Chili powder
9 - 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
10 - Salt ( taste )
11 - And Oil  (for frying)

How to Prepare :

First Grate the hard boiled Eggs finely.
Combine with all other ingredients except oil. Mix well and knead into smooth dough.
Divide mixture into 10-12 equal portions. Shape each portion into medallions (flat round cutlets) and keep aside.
Heat Oil in pan and fry kebabs a few at a time until it become crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot garnished with Onion rings and Mint.
