Ingredients of Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani

1 - 800 Gms Chicken
2 - Two Black Cardamom
3 - Two Chopped Coriander Leaves
4 - Two Cinnamon Sticks
5 - Two Cloves & Green Cardamoms Each
6 - 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin And Coriander Powder
7 - Two Tablespoon Each Garlic & Ginger Paste
8 - Two Cups Basmati (Flavored) Rice
9 - Two Green Chili
10 - One Staranis
11 - One Tablespoon Lime Juice
12 - Two Large Onions Sliced & Fried
13 - Six Pepper Corns
14 - 1/2 Teaspoon Saffron Color
15 -  Turmeric To Taste
16 - Two Cups Yogurt
17 - Bunch Of Mint Leaves
18 - One Teaspoon Cumin
19 - Two Teaspoon Coriander Powder
20 - Two Teaspoon Garam Masala
21 - Three Table Spoons Oil
22 - Salt To Taste
23 - Chili Powder To Taste

How to Prepare :

To make Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani first Take Chicken Ginger Garlic Paste Mint, Yougurt Green Chillies Coriander Leaves Pepper Corns Cumin, Chilli Powder Turmeric Salt Coriander Powder and Whole Garam Masala dry Fried Onion and add Oil in a bowl and mix well.Add water salt in a bowl and bring to boil before adding rice, once the rice is half cooked drain the water.
Now in a biryani bowl add marinated chicken and spread at the bottom. Then add half cooked rice mint leaves, onion fried, saffron color and close it with the lid and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.And Serve hot..
