Achari Mutton Qeema
Ingredients of Achari Mutton Qeema
1 - 1 Or 2 Medium Onions ( Sized )
2 - One Tomato
3 - 500Gms Mutton Chopped ( Keema )
4 - One TableSpoon Achar (Any)
5 - Oil To Fry as required
6 - Salt To Taste
7 - One Teaspoon Black Pepper
8 - Ginger & Garlic According To Taste ( Powder Form )
9 - Peas ( Optional )
10 - One Table Spoon Ketchup
How to Prepare :
First of all slice onions and add to the preheat oil ( do not turn brown ) then add keema to it, let it cook, till becomes tender and a little brownish in color. Now add the sliced tomato and stir fry, also add the matar if you want. (it is better if you boil the Peas before hand and then add it to the content). Now add, salt black pepper, garlic and ginger. Toss a bit and add ketchup, stir fry and add achar. Now leave it for dum for about 5 to 7 minutes or when the mixture leaves oil..Aha.. your favourite achari keema is ready to serve.. For best results, garnish with coriander and eat it with nan.
