Ingredients of Baked Potatoes with Chili Vegetables :

1 - One canned red beans ( drained and washed well )
2 - 250 g chopped mushrooms
3 - One teaspoon chilli powder
4 - Four tablespoon grated yellow cheese
5 - Four large potatoes with foil well washed
6 - One large onion ( chopped )
7 - 400 grams Tomato
8 - Two cloves Garlic ( crushed )
9 - One tablespoonful olive oil
10 - One teaspoon cumin
11 - Salt and pepper according to taste
