Beef With Black Pepper


Ingredients of Beef With Black Pepper

1 - 6 to 8 Under cut Beef
2 - Four Lemon
3 - One tbsp Ginger paste
4 - 1/2 tablespoons Corn flour
5 - Three tablespoons Soya sauce
6 - Three tablespoons White Vinegar
7 - Four tablespoons Crushed black pepper
8 - as required Oil
9 - Salt to taste

How to Prepare :

Flatten the undercut beef with a meat mallet and marinate it with 1 tbsp ginger paste, the juice of 4 lemons, 4 tbsp of black pepper crushed, 3 tbsp of soya sauce, 3 tbsp of white vinegar, 1/2 tbsp of corn flour and salt to taste. Leave the beef for marination for half an hour. Heat a grill pan brush the beef with oil and grill both the sides until they turn golden brown. When it becomes golden from both the sides turn the flame off and serve with chips, bread slices and tomato ketchup.
