Meat and potato cutlets


Ingredients of Meat and potato cutlets

1 - 200 gram Beef mince 
2 - ½ kg Potatoes 
3 - One teaspoon Ginger & Garlic Cream 
4 - ¼ teaspoon Crushed Coriander seeds 
5 - ¼ teaspoon Crushed Cumin seeds 
6 - ¼ teaspoon Red Chilli powder 
7 - One Onion 
8 - ¼ bunch Fresh Coriander 
9 - ½ kg Breadcrumbs 
10 - Two Eggs 
11 - Black pepper to taste
12 - Salt to taste
13 - Oil for drying

How to Prepare :

Boil potatoes and mash. Add salt and black pepper, and mix. Heat 1 tsp oil in a wok and fry ginger & garlic and mince and fry till water dries. Add cumin, coriander, red chillies, onion and fresh coriander and cook for few minutes; remove form flame Make little balls from potato; fill with mince and shape them like cutlets Coat cutlets first with egg, then with breadcrumbs and refrigerate for ½ hour Heat oil in a frying pan and fry cutlets till golden and serve Meat and potato cutlets hot.
