Chicken Tikkay
Ingredients of Chicken Tikkay
1 - 2 lbs Chicken pieces ( bone-in with skin )
Marinade
1 - One cup yogurt
2 - 1 -2 Garlic clove ( minced )
3 - One onion ( minced )
4 - 1/2 teaspoon Salt
5 - 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
6 - 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom
7 - 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
8 - 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
9 - 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
10 - 1/4 teaspoon Clove
11 - 1/4 teaspoon Ginger
12 - 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
For Dip
1 - One cup Yogurt
2 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh Mint ( loosely packed )
3 - One Garlic clove ( minced )
How To Prepare :
Combine marinade ingredients and marinate Chicken all day or overnight in refrigerator.
Also combine dip ingredients and Chill all day or overnight.
Grill or broil chicken almost 5-7 minutes per side, basting with marinade until Chicken is done and skin become crispy. Serve chicken Tikkay with dip and hot.
