Ingredients of Dahi Murgi

1 - 300 Gm Chicken
2 - 750 Gm Curd
3 - 100 Gm Cream
4 - Two Pinch White Pepper Powder
5 - 50 Ml Olive Oil
6 - One teaspoon Fenugreek Leaves Dry
7 - One Pinch Garam Masala Powder
8 - 50gm Butter
9 - Coriander Leaves
10 - Green Chilli 2 Pieces ( Finely Chopped )
11 - About 30 Gm Garlic Finely Chopped
12 - Salt To Taste

How to Prepare :

First Cut chicken into dice pieces add ginger garlic paste and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.Now take a pan add Oil.add Garlic chopped saute it and now add green chilli chopped.saute nicely.Now add Chicken cook for 10 to 12 min.now add thick curd..saute along with chicken add all masala.once oil is separate add water 100 ml.once it start boiling .Add cream..cook for five minutes.on last add finely chopped coriander.Garnish with cream.. And serve Dahi Murgi with hot butter naan.
