Green Peas Corn Pulao


Ingredients of Green Peas Corn Pulao

1 - 2.5 Medium Sized Cups Basmati Rice
2 - Three Tablespoons Green Peas
3 - Three Tablespoons Sweet Corn Seeds
4 - Four Green Chillies Sliced Vertically into 2 Pieces Each
5 - Two Medium Sized Onions Sliced Vertically into Thin Pieces
6 - 12 Curry Leaves
7 - One Tablespoon Mint Leaves
8 - Three Bojwaraku (Bojwar Leaves)
9 - 1/4 Tea Spoon Sajeera
10 - 4 Cloves
11 - 1/3 Tea Spoon Cinnamon
12 - 8 Cardamoms
13 - 2.5 Table Spoons Oil
14 - 1/2 Tea Spoon Salt
15 - 1.5 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

How to Prepare :

First Heat Oil in a Bowl and add Sajeera Cloves Cinnamon Cardamom pieces without peeling them Curry Leaves, Green Chillies, Onions, Mint Leaves to it. Fry them until Onions turn golden brown color.Add Green Peas & Sweet Corn to the above mixture and let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes.After 5 minutes add Ginger Garlic Paste, 5 Cups of Water, Salt and cover it with a lid. Cook it on medium heat until water is boiling.When water is boiling add the cleaned Basmati Rice to  it and cook on medium heat, keep mixing rice every once in a while. When there is little water left in the cooking rice reduce the heat to low and cook until Rice is well cooked. Serve Green Peas Corn Pulao hot..
