Kashmiri Qeema Pilao


Ingredients of Kashmiri Qeema Pilao :

1 - 2 tablespoon oil
2 - 1/2 kg Mutton mince
3 - 1/2 cup dahi
4 - 2 inch piece ginger ( chopped )
5 - One tablespoon coriander powder
6 - One tablespoon paprika powder
7 - One tablespoon garam masala powder
8 - 1/2 kg rice, soaked for 20 minutes
9 - One teaspoon saffron ( soaked in cup warm water )
10 - One cup Milk
11 - One cup pine nuts ( toasted )
12 - One teaspoon salt

How to Prepare :

First of all Heat Oil add mince and saute add Garam Masala powder coriander powder salt Ginger paprika powder, curd and cook till mince is browned. Add rice, saffron, milk, salt and water to cook rice. When rice is  done, stir in pine nuts and transfer to an oven¬proof dish and bake at 190 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or till completely done.Serve Kashmiri Qeema Pilao hot.
