Ingredients of Mint & Chicken

1 - One kg Chicken ( boneless cubed )
2 - Five teaspoons Oil
3 - Five teaspoons Butter
4 - One Bay leaf
5 - Five Cinnamon One inch stick
6 - Six Cloves
7 - 10 Green Cardamom
8 - 3/4 cup Onions
9 - Six tablespoons Ginger & Garlic Paste
10 - One teaspoon Turmeric powder
11 - Two teaspoons Red chili flakes
12 - 1/2 cup Almonds
13 - 2/3 cup Cream
14 - Six Green chilies
15 - One teaspoon Mace powder
16 - One teaspoon Mint leaves
17 - Salt to taste

How to Prepare :

first of all Heat the oil and butter in a pan. Add bay leaf cinnamon cloves and cardamom and saute’ over medium heat until they begin to crackle now Add the onions and saute’ for a few minutes. Add the ginger garlic paste, turmeric,red chili powder, salt and almond paste and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until the oil separates from the mixture. Add the chicken stir and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add cream green chilies and mace powder Sprinkle with fresh mint leaves cover and seal lid with dough. Let the chicken simmer over very low heat for 5minutes.Serve Mint & Chicken hot with bread or naan.
