Mutton & Chilli Fry
Ingredients of Mutton & Chilli Fry
1 - 1/2 kg Boneless Mutton
2 - One Onion (finely sliced )
3 - Eight Green Chillies( slitted )
4 - Five Red Chillies( broken into bits )
5 - 1/2 cup Tamarind water
6 - 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric powder
7 - Salt to taste.
8 - Three teaspoons Cooking Oil
9 - Coriander leaves.
How to Prepare :
Put all the above ingredients except tamarind water in a pan and cover tightly.Cook without adding water on a slow fire and till the mutton is tender. Add the tamarind water and let it dry. Put oil and fry the mutton to a nice brown color. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve Mutton & Chilli Fry hot with chappati or naan.
