Ingredients Naan Red-cook-naan-bread
1 - 1 package of dry yeast
2 - 1 cup of warm water
3 - 3 tablespoons warm milk
4 - 1 egg
5 - 2 teaspoons salt
6 - 1/4 cup sugar
7 - 4 1/2 cups flour
8 - 1/4 cup melted butter
How to Prepare :
Dissolve the yeast with warm water in a large bowl. Let stand up about ten minutes (they need to foam). Mix the egg, milk, sugar, and salt and add a little flour to make a loose mixture.Board sprinkled with flour and knead the dough on it until smooth.Oiled bowl and put it in the dough.
