Pani Bare ( Gool Gappy )


Ingredients of Pani Bare

1 - One Cup Hari Mong Daal  
2 - 1/2 Cup Maash Ki Daal    
3 - 1/2 teaspoons Salt                      
4 - 1/2 teaspoons Zeera Crushed     
5 - Oil For Frying
For Water:
1 - One Ltr Water                    
2 - One tablespoon Red Pepper           
3 - One tablespoon Salt                        
4 - One tablespoon Sonth                     
5 - One Cup Imli ka Gooda        
6 - One tablespoon Zeera Powder         
7 - 1/2 teaspoons Black Salt              
8 - One tablespoon Chaat Masala         
9 - Ice As required

How to Prepare :

Soak onecup of mong daal and 1/2 cup of Maash daal and grind them well. Mix 1/2 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of grounded cumin/zeera and 1/2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves/hara dhaniya. Prepare its Bare and deep fry them well in preheated oil. Take out Bare after frying and add fried Bare in little preheated water and leave it for a while. Water Preparation: Take 1 liter of water in a pan and add 1tbsp of red chilies powder, 1tsp of salt 1tbsp of chaat masala & mix them well. Lastly add crushed ice as needed in it & serve it cold with prepared Bare.
