Ingredients of Tandoori Chicken

1 - One Whole Chicken
2 - 100 Gms Hang Curd
3 - 30 Gms Ginger Garlic Paste
4 - 15 Gms Garam Masala
5 - 1/2 Tablespoon Kasuri Methi
6 - Two Tablespoon Mustard Oil
7 - 1.5 Tablespoon Kashmiri Chili Powder
8 - One Lemon (Juice)
9 - Salt To Taste

HOW TO Prepare :

Marinate Whole Chicken with Ginger Garlic Paste Chilli & Salt, Mustard Oil. Make cuts on the Chicken for the spices to sink in. Marinate it for 1 hour. Now we Prepare Masala so we Mix Hang Curd Garam Masala Kasuri Methi Lemon Juice in a bowl and apply to the marinated Chicken.
Clay Pot Cooking Take a skewer (tandoori sheek) and fix the whole chicken vertically onto it.Put it in the hot Tandoori Clay Pot or in the oven at 180 degrees C for 20 to30 minutes until the chicken is well cooked and not roasted. Take out the Chicken and cut it into half and serve Tandoori Chicken hot. Apply Butter for glazing if desired
