Mutton Karahi with Special Masala
Ingredients of Mutton Karahi with Special Masala
1 - ½ kg Mutton
2 - Two tablespoons Ginger & Garlic paste
3 - ½ cup Oil
4 - One tbsp Special masala
5 - ½ teaspoons Dry Fenugreek leaves
6 - 250g Yogurt
7 - One inch Ginger piece
8 - Five Green chilli
9 - Fvei thinly chop Small green chilli
10 - 125g Whole deggi mirch
11 - 125g Whole Red chillies
12 - One tsp Mace
13 - One tablespoons Long pepper
14 - 100g Cumin seeds
15 - 3 to 4 Star anise
16 - 5 to 6 Cloves
17 - 8 to 10 Green Cardamoms
18 - Four tablespoons Dry Coriander
19 - Salt to taste
How to Prepare :
Boil mutton until done. Now take a wok and put oil, heat it up and add mutton, fry on high heat till mutton changes into brown color. Then add chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste and fry well for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add lightly blended yogurt, salt and special masala, and fry on high heat for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then add whole green chillies and fenugreek leaves and cook till oil separates. Garnish with ginger flakes and serve Mutton Karahi with Special Masala with naans.
